Event Parking Reservation Refund Policy

Eligibility Window

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to 12:00 AM (local event time) on the day of the event.

• No refunds will be issued after the event start day.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Method: Submit requests via email to parknow-team@getparknow.com.

2. Confirmation: You’ll receive a response within 24 hours confirming receipt.

Processing Details

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Event Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued automatically if the event is canceled.

Limitations

• Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the event date.

Force Majeure

Refunds may be adjusted for extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
